硫双威杀虫剂环境暴露与毒性研究进展

【摘要】 在鹿特丹公约化学品审查委员会第17次会议(CRC17)、第18次会议(CRC18)上,2次审议了硫双威是否满足公约要求,尤其是风险评估的数据是否充分,委员会最终均未能达成一致,该产品将在2023年的CRC19次会议上继续审议。基于此,总结了硫双威杀虫剂的结构、理化性质及该杀虫剂的毒性健康风险研究,包括急性毒性、短期毒性、长期毒性、基因毒性、生殖毒性与发育毒性、生态毒性等数据,评估了硫双威的环境和健康暴露风险。

【Abstract】 At the 17th(CRC17) and 18thmeetings(CRC18) of the Rotterdam Convention Chemicals Review Committee,the “Notification of Final Regulatory Action”on thiodicarb was submittd. However, the committee failed to reach an agreement on whether thiodicarb meets the requirements of the Convention, especially the adequacy of the risk assessment data. This product will be reviewed again at the CRC19 meeting in 2023. Based on above, this manuscript summarized the structure, physical and chemical properties of thiodicarb. The toxicity of thiodicarb including short-term toxicity, acute toxicity, long-term toxicity, genetic toxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity and ecological toxicity have been fully reviewed. Then environmental exposure and risk assessment to human and animal health of thiodicarb are evaluated.
