【摘要】 田园综合体是集循环农业、创意农业、农事体验、田园社区为一体的乡村综合发展模式,是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。麻阳苗族自治县楠木桥村区位优势日益凸显、区域政策集聚叠加、农业资源条件良好、基础设施日趋完善、特色产业优势明显,具有发展田园综合体的良好条件。充分利用“全国先进基层党组织”“全国文明村镇”“中国美丽休闲乡村”“中国少数民族特色村寨”等多张“烫金名片”的影响力,楠木桥田园综合体与周边城市消费群体、与大湘西精品旅游生态圈和张吉怀高铁生态文化旅游经济带、与居民消费升级形成了有力的市场对接,创新了“连村联创”田园综合体发展模式,在“联农带农”方面取得了显著成效。根据楠木桥田园综合体建设实践,提出了田园综合体坚持“业态整合、空间整合、主体整合、资源整合、资金整合”五大整合和“乡村治理升级、基础设施升级、产业融合升级、特色品牌升级、科技水平升级、生产方式升级”六大升级的发展策略,为武陵山片区乡村振兴提供可借鉴可复制的样板。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural complex is a comprehensive rural development model integrating circular agriculture, creative agriculture, farming experience and rural communities. It is an important grasp for rural revitalization. Nanmuqiao village in Mayang Miao Autonomous County has increasingly prominent regional advantages, regional policy agglomeration and superposition, good agricultural resource conditions, increasingly perfect infrastructure, obvious advantages of characteristic industries, which has good conditions for the development of rural complexes. Nanmuqiao has made full use of the influence of many "gilded cards", such as "National Model Grass-roots Party Organization", "National Civilized Villages and Towns", "China’s Beautiful Leisure Villages", and "China’s Ethnic Groups Villages". The rural complex of Nanmuqiao has formed a strong market connection with the surrounding urban consumer groups, the Daxiangxi top quality tourism ecosphere and the Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua High-speed Railway eco-cultural tourism economic belt, and the consumption upgrading, it has innovated the pattern of"connecting villages and creating jointly", and has made remarkable achievements in connecting agriculture and promoting agriculture.
