中国与日本草莓贸易关系分析

【摘要】 中国与日本的草莓贸易在两国农产品贸易往来中占据重要地位,双方草莓贸易发展存在巨大潜力。运用贸易竞争力指数、显性比较优势指数和贸易强度指数等指标,结合CMS模型从市场需求效应、产品结构效应和竞争力效应角度,对2012—2021年中日草莓贸易情况进行分析,结果表明:中日两国草莓贸易之间存在基础设施设备不完善,冷链储运体系不健全;出口产品结构单一,深加工技术实力较弱;出口市场相对集中,贸易风险较大;草莓品牌知名度不高,安全意识淡薄等问题。基于此,提出中国拓展国际草莓市场应保障草莓新鲜度,优化运输途径;提升产品附加值,满足市场需求多样性;提高出口产品竞争力,优化国际市场布局;促进中国草莓安全化、品牌化生产等的对策建议。

【Abstract】 Strawberry trade between China and Japan has an important position in the trade exchange of agricultural products between the two countries, and there is a huge potential for the development space of strawberry trade between the two sides. Using the indicators of trade competitiveness index, revealed comparative advantage index, and trade intensity index, combined with the CMS model from the perspective of market demand effect, product structure effect and competitiveness effect, the strawberry trade between China and Japan from 2012 to 2021 was analyzed, and the results showed that: the strawberry trade between China and Japan exists imperfect infrastructure equipment, unsound cold chain storage and transportation system; the export product structure is single, the deep processing technology strength is weak; the export market is relatively centralized, the trade risk is larger; the strawberry brand popularity is not high, the awareness of safety is weak, etc. Based on this, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from guaranteeing the freshness of strawberries and optimizing the transportation route to expand the international market of China’s strawberry; enhancing the added value of products to meet the diversity of market demand; improving the competitiveness of export products and optimizing the layout of the international market; and promoting the safety and branding production of Chinese strawberry.
