纳米农药与昆虫抗药性

【摘要】 昆虫抗药性日益严重,使得害虫再猖獗,造成农作物的大量减产,给植保工作带来巨大挑战。深入开展昆虫抗药性治理对实现生态环境的平衡和农业的可持续发展具有重要的学术意义和应用价值。纳米农药特有的小尺度效应、药物控制释放和靶向传输性能改变了常规农药剂型应用中药剂在靶标作物及有害生物上的传输分布及剂量效应。这种改变是延缓还是促进昆虫抗药性的发生值得展开深入研究。受纳米载体克服肿瘤多药耐药性所取得研究进展的启发,深入研究纳米农药对昆虫抗药性风险的影响规律及调控机制,有望为昆虫的抗性治理提供新的思路和视角,也为纳米农药的发展提供理论指导和技术支撑。

【Abstract】 The increasing insect resistance has caused the resurgence of pests and obvious loss of crop yield, which has brought great challenges to current plant protection. It is of great academic significance and application value to carry out the management of insect resistance and realize the balance of ecological environment and the sustainable development of agriculture. Compared with the conventional pesticide formulations, the unique small-scale effect, controlled-release and target-delivery performances of nanopesticides have changed the distribution and dose effects of pesticides on target crops and pests. That changes delaying or promoting insect resistance deserves further in-depth study. Inspired by advances in nanocarriers showing great prospects for overcoming multidrug resistance in cancer chemotherapy, in-depth research of the influence rules and regulation mechanisms of nanopesticides on insect resistance risk are expected to provide new ideas and perspectives for insect resistance management, as well as provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of nanopesticides.
