【摘要】 从精准扶贫到乡村振兴，驻村帮扶发挥了重要作用。对于驻村帮扶，已有的研究大多集中在扶贫发展和国家权力的视角，在不同程度上忽视了个体的能动性。事实上，正是驻村帮扶个体的能动性决定了帮扶效果。对帮扶效果的重视使驻村帮扶干部开辟出一个超出制度文本规定的空间，在这个空间中的行为是我们理解驻村帮扶内在机制的关键。本文基于对2022年夏季所完成的59名驻村帮扶干部深度访谈及民族志资料的解读，试图理解制度文本规定背后驻村帮扶的内在逻辑。研究发现，制度文本规定的工作内容是驻村帮扶的基本任务，大多数驻村帮扶干部都希望在工作中取得超出文本规定的成绩。为此，他们利用自身优势，开创了富有特色的帮扶活动。正是这些活动使他们取得帮扶成果，并得到村民和地方政府的认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 From targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, residential assistance has played an important role. Some of the existing research paid attention to the perspective of rural development and poverty alleviation, while others on state authority in local societies. Most of them ignored the agency of individuals who were working in villages. In fact, it is the agency of individuals during residential assistance that determined the effectiveness of their assistance work. There was room beyond what was specified in the institutional guidelines, which allowed the resident working teams to work for solutions to various problems. Based on the study of 59 interviews with resident working team members conducted by the students of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in the summer of 2022, this article attempts to understand the inherent logic of residential assistance. This study found that the work content specified in the institutional text is the basic task of residential assistance. During residential assistance, most people hope to achieve better performance in their work, therefore, they use their own advantages to create distinctive assistance activities, which enable them to obtain better performance and gain recognition from villagers and local governments.更多还原
