【摘要】 本文概述了亚太区域植保委员会第32届大会的基本情况、主要议题及农药管理执行委员会2023～2024年的工作计划，并根据大会主要议题和我国农药生产实际，提出了几点建议：有必要协调亚太区域的安全科学用药，开展农药无人机施药技术培训，推动我国农药的出口；有必要加大以农药风险评估和生物农药科学合理使用为核心的技术培训与输出，推动我国过剩农药产能走出去；有必要加强农药专业技术国际型人才的培养与输出，增强我国在国际组织中的影响力与话语权；有必要密切关注周边国家重大有害生物的防控工作进展，提前制定防控预案。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provides an overview of the 32^nd Session of the Asia and Pacific Plant Protection Commission（APPPC）,including the work plan of the Standing Committee on Pesticides of the APPPC for 2023～2024. Suggestions were put forward based on the current state of pesticides productionand management in China, it is necessary to harmonize the safe and science-based application of pesticides in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as new method of pesticide application using unmanned aerial vehicles to promote China’s pesticide exports. To further promote China’s pesticideexports and facilitate China’s excess pesticide production capacity to go out, it is recommended to organize training programs that focus on pesticide risk assessment and the rational application of biopesticides. Additionally, it is crucial to expand the pool of experts in this field to enhance China’s influence in international organizations. Furthermore, it is essential to keep a close eye on the occurrence of major pests, chemical pesticide application and resistancein neighboring regions to establish preventive and control measures in advance.更多还原
