【摘要】 实施乡村振兴战略需要大量金融人才，尤其需要“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的“一懂两爱”金融专业人才，而农林高校是该类型人才供给的重要来源。针对农林高校金融硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养中存在人才培养与行业需求脱钩、培养体系实践性不强、双师协同作用发挥不够等问题，以西北农林科技大学为例，系统总结了农林高校金融专业硕士学位研究生实践能力培养的一般性规律。在此基础上，通过分析期货行业、证券行业、银行业、保险行业、政府部门及其他机构组成的“六元”用人主体对涉农金融专业高层次人才的需求，构建满足农林高校金融硕士供需匹配的实践能力培养模式。最后，提出优化金融硕士实践能力培养的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy requires a large number of financial talents, especially the “one knowledge and two loves” financial professionals who “know agriculture, love rural areas and love farmers”. And agricultural and forestry universities are an important source of this type of talent supply. In view of the problems about decoupling talent cultivation from industry demand, weak practicality of cultivation system and insufficient synergy of dual teachers in the cultivation of practical ability of master degree students and taking Northwest A & F University as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the general rules of the cultivation of practical ability of postgraduates majoring in finance in agricultural and forestry universities. On this basis, through the analysis of “six elements” of the main demand for high-level talents of agriculture-related finance as required by the futures industry, the securities industry, the banking industry, the insurance industry, the government departments and other institutions, this paper constructs a practical ability training mode to meet the supply and demand matching of financial masters in agriculture and forestry universities. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the cultivation of practical ability of financial masters.更多还原
