地方农林高校有特色高水平学科建设的改革与实践——以江西农业大学为例
Reform and Practice of High Level Discipline Construction with Characteristics in Local Agricultural and Forestry Universities: Take Jiangxi Agricultural University as an Example
【摘要】 学科建设是高等学校发展的永恒主题,是高校发展的一项长期战略性任务。地方农林高校学科建设应立足于“地方性”和“应用性”的要求,彰显特色、发扬优势、追求卓越,不断提升服务“三农”和地方经济社会发展的能力。江西农业大学在有特色高水平学科建设上做出了一系列探索与实践:科学确定学科定位,优化学科布局,明确服务地方发展的目标;注重内培外引,加强学科队伍建设,增强服务地方发展的能力;深入校地企合作,重视学科基地建设,提高服务地方发展的契合度;突出重大项目引领,增强学科创新能力,破解地方发展的“卡脖子”难题;优化学科发展环境,以和谐学科生态系统构建持续服务地方发展的机制。
【Abstract】 The discipline construction is an eternal theme and a long-term strategic task of the development for universities. The discipline construction of local agricultural and forestry universities should be based on the requirements of “local” and “application”, and constantly improve the ability to serve the “three rural” and local economic and social development. Jiangxi Agricultural University has made a series of explorations and practices in the construction of high-level with characteristics disciplines: First, scientifically determine the discipline orientation, optimize the discipline layout and define the goal of serving local development; Second, pay attention to internal training and external introduction, strengthen discipline team construction and increase the ability to serve local development; Third, deepen the cooperation between universities, local governments and enterprises, attach importance to the construction of discipline bases and enhance the degree of consistency in serving local development; Fourth, highlight the guidance of major projects, enhance the ability of discipline innovation and solve the “kappa” problem of local development; Fifth, optimize the environment for discipline development, and build a mechanism for sustainable service to local development with a harmonious discipline ecosystem.
