基于Fluent的组合气吸式排种器关键部件仿真研究

【摘要】 以棉花小区播种机排种器为研究对象,采用模拟仿真试验技术研究组合气吸式排种器排种过程,在排种器的吸气口截面设置不同的边界条件(包括压强和气流速度),在开放条件下分析导向槽盘上导向槽的速度场和压力场。结果表明,距导向槽盘中心越远的位置,其气流速度和压强越小。设置排种器吸气口界面的边界条件相同,针对气吸盘和导向槽盘组合后形成的气吸孔开展气流场仿真分析。入口处气流压强300 Pa、速度21.97 m/s,此时气吸孔气流场压强2 481.8 Pa、气流速度61.67 m/s,该仿真结果与试验所测得的结果基本一致。试验验证并确定排种器几何参数、动力参数对气流场的变化和影响规律,可为设计试制播种机提供参考。

【Abstract】 Taking seed metering device of cotton community seeder as research object,simulation test technology was used to study seeding process of combined air suction seeder,and different boundary conditions(including pressure and airflow velocity)were set in suction port section of seeder,and velocity field and pressure field of guide groove on guide groove disc were analyzed under open conditions.Results showed that farther away from center of guide groove disc,the smaller the airflow velocity and pressure.Subsequently,boundary conditions of suction port interface of seed metering device were the same,and flow field simulation analysis was carried out for air suction hole formed after combination of air suction cup and guide groove disc.Pressure of air flow at the inlet was 300 Pa and velocity was 21.97 m/s,air field pressure of air suction hole was 2 481.8 Pa,and air velocity was 61.67 m/s,which was basically consistent with results measured in the test.Finally,changes and influences of geometric parameters and dynamic parameters on airflow field of seed metering device were verified and determined,which provided theoretical support for design of trial seeder.
