帕金森病患者血清代谢组学初步研究
Preliminary study of serum metabolomics in patients with Parkinson′s disease
【摘要】 目的 初步筛选出可能用于帕金森病临床诊断的潜在生物标志物,为探索帕金森病潜在的发病机理提供参考依据。方法 采用以液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)技术为平台的综合代谢组学研究手段,对30名帕金森病人及15名健康人群的血清样本开展综合的非靶向代谢组学分析。结果 在帕金森病组与健康对照组的对比中,筛选出30个差异代谢物,这些差异代谢物主要涉及8条关键代谢通路。结论 帕金森病患者与健康对照组的代谢谱存在显著差异,初步确定了30个可能与帕金森病发生发展相关的潜在生物标志物。
【Abstract】 Objective To screen out potential biomarkers for clinical diagnosis of Parkinson′s disease and to provide a reference for exploring the possible pathogenesis of Parkinson′s disease.Methods The serum samples of 30 patients with Parkinson′s disease and 15 healthy controls were analyzed by metabolomics based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Results 30 differential metabolites were screened in the Parkinson′s disease group versus healthy controls, and these differential metabolites were mainly involved in eight key metabolic pathways.Conclusion The metabolic profiles of patients with Parkinson′s disease are significantly different from those of healthy controls.
