【摘要】 宁夏枸杞作为药食兼用植物资源，随着市场需求量的增加，枸杞种植面积扩大，育种、加工产业随之发展，影响枸杞品质的因素也随之增多，包括产地、批次、种质及等级规格等，且商品化呈现分级和价格主要是依据表观特征，片面地追求外观颜色和大小。本文综述了宁夏枸杞品质特别是药用品质对不同因素的响应影响研究进展，以期为宁夏枸杞药材质量评价标准的研发、制定及优良品种选育方向提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a dual-purpose medicinal and edible plant resource, the cultivation area of Lycium barbarum L.has expanded due to increasing market demand, leading to the development of breeding and processing industries. The factors affecting the quality of Lycium barbarum L. have also increased, including origin, batch,germplasm, and grading specifications. The commercialization of Lycium barbarum L. is primarily based on superficial characteristics, with a one-sided pursuit of appearance color and size. This article reviews the research progress on the influence factors of Lycium barbarum L. quality, especially its medicinal quality, to different factors.
