【摘要】 以中央颁布且省级地方政府再制定的体育政策为文本对象，采用词袋模型和修正的引力模型构建体育政策水平扩散网络，并利用社会网络分析（SNA）方法考察政策水平扩散网络结构特征及其影响因素。研究发现：（1）体育政策水平扩散空间邻近效应显著，空间关联紧密程度及空间溢出效应较低，通达性和稳定性较好，非对称可达性程度较高。（2）不同省份网络地位差异较大，东部以及中部部分省份对体育政策水平扩散网络的形成起到重要的作用。（3）体育政策水平扩散网络呈现出明显的空间聚集效应，可以划分为四个板块，总体溢出路径为中部、东部地区向西部、南部以及北部地区扩散。（4）市场化指数、体育事业支出、横向压力以及文本长度与体育政策水平扩散效应间存在显著关系，其中横向压力、文本长度与水平扩散呈负相关关系。基于以上结论，本文从中央政府、地方政府（“核心省份”和“边缘省份”）、区域团体以及因素方面提出实践层面建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the sports policies promulgated by the central government and re-formulated by provincial governments,uses the word bag model and modified gravity model to construct the sports policy horizontal diffusion network,and uses the social network analysis(SNA)method to investigate the structural characteristics and influencing factors of the policy horizontal diffusion network. The results show that :(1)The spatial proximity effect of horizontal diffusion of sports policy is significant,the closeness of spatial correlation and spatial spillover effect are low,the accessibility and stability are good,and the degree of asymmetric accessibility is high.(2)The network status of different provinces varies greatly,and the eastern and central provinces play an important role in the formation of the horizontal diffusion network of sports policy.(3)The horizontal diffusion network of sports policy shows obvious spatial aggregation effect,which can be divided into four sections.The overall spillover path is from central and eastern regions to western,southern and northern regions.(4)Marketization index,sports expenditure,horizontal pressure and text length have significant relationship with horizontal diffusion effect of sports policy,and horizontal pressure and text length have negative correlation with horizontal diffusion effect.Based on the above conclusions,this paper further puts forward some practical suggestions from the perspective of the central government,local governments（“core provinces”and“marginal provinces”）,regional groups and factors.更多还原
