【摘要】 20世纪90年代中期以来，现代意义的慈善组织开始在中国起步。尽管作为改革进程中社会觉醒的一种中观形式的组织表现，但限于“强国家—弱社会”的整体格局及其制约，慈善组织的成长往往呈现出“小而不强，弱而不死”的特殊状态。通过关注慈善组织的成长状态，慈善组织的成长有三个观察维度，即规模、专业性与生命力。一个慈善组织需要不断吸纳和有效整合各类资源，而这一过程同样受到组织内部信任结构的影响。进一步来看，慈善组织内部的信任拓展有两种类型：关系信任和制度信任；其外部资源兼容也有两种类型：社群资源和政府资源。基于此，文章提出关于慈善组织成长的一个基于信任拓展与资源兼容的分析框架，论证慈善组织发展所特有的“小而不强，弱而不死”的成长状态，乃归因于其内部治理结构信任拓展不足与外部资源兼容不稳的双重约束。这不仅丰富了传统政社关系视角，还关注到被忽视的慈善组织内部，为慈善事业高质量发展提供了相应的理论借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the mid-1990s, charitable organizations in the modern sense began to take off in China. Despite being a mid-scale form of organizational expression of social awakening during the reform process, the growth of charitable organizations has often been characterized by “small yet weak, weak yet living” due to the constraints of a ‘strong state vs. weak society’. This paper focuses on the growth of charitable organizations and attempts to propose a new analytical framework. The growth of charitable organizations can be viewed from three perspectives, namely size, professionalism and vitality. A charity needs to absorb and effectively integrate various resources, and this process is also influenced by the trust structure within the organization. Further, there are two types of trust expansion within charitable organizations: relational trust and institutional trust, these accompanied by two types of external resource compatibility: community resources and government resources. Based on this, this paper proposes an analytical framework for the growth of charitable organizations based on trust expansion and resource compatibility, and argues that the characteristic ‘small yet weak, weak yet living’ growth of charitable organizations is due to the dual constraints of insufficient trust expansion in their internal governance structures and unstable compatibility with external resources. The discussion in this paper not only enriches the traditional perspective of government-society relations, but also focuses on the neglected internal aspects of charitable organizations, providing theoretical implications for the quality development of charity.更多还原
