基于ANSYS Workbench的某航空发动机截止阀优化设计
Optimization Design of An Aero Engine Cut-off Valve Based on ANSYS Workbench
【摘要】 截止阀作为航空设备的重要元件,实现了介质传输、截止、调节等功能,其结构强度直接影响到航空设备的安全可靠运行。本文以某航空发动机用截止阀为研究对象,用Solidworks2016软件建立三维实体模型,导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,得到了截止阀的前六阶模态频率,进行了模拟瞬间冲击作用下的响应谱分析,得到等效应力云图。结果表明,在阀本体和法兰盘结合处位置承受Z方向(垂直)应力过大,易造成截止阀断裂,对其结构进行优化设计并再次验证其强度,提高了工作效率,缩短设计周期。
【Abstract】 As an important component of aviation equipment, the cut-off valve realizes the functions of medium transmission, cut-off and adjustment. Its structural strength directly affects the safe and reliable operation of aviation equipment. In this paper, the cut-off valve used in an aero-engine is taken as the research object, a three-dimensional solid model is established with Solidworks2016 software, and the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is imported for finite element analysis. The first six modal frequencies of the globe valve are obtained, and the response spectrum analysis under the simulated instantaneous impact is carried out to obtain the equivalent stress cloud map. The results show that the excessive Z-direction(vertical) stress at the junction of the valve body and flange is easy to cause the break. The structure is optimized and its strength is verified again, which improves the working efficiency and the design cycle.
