热电材料ZT值的测量研究
Measurement Study of ZT Value of Thermoelectric Materials
【摘要】 热电材料能直接将热能和电能相互转化,与传统的热机相比,热电材料具有无运动部件、无噪音、体积小等优点,因此在余热回收等领域具有利用潜力,然而受限于热电材料的现阶段的性能,大部分研究并未得到实际的应用,为提高热电材料的性能,精确测量材料的性能参数ZT值具有重要意义。本研究推导出了一种简单的ZT值的测量方法,将ZT值的测量转化为热流的测量,即仅需要测量最大和最小两种情况下热电材料冷端表面的热流,便可计算出出ZT值。本文搭建了测试平台,并利用此方法对某热电模块的ZT值进行了测量。
【Abstract】 Thermoelectric materials can directly convert heat and electricity into each other, compared with traditional heat engines, thermoelectric materials have the advantages of no moving parts, no noise, small size, etc. Therefore, they have the potential to be used in the field of waste heat recovery, etc. However, limited by the current performance of thermoelectric materials, most of the research has not been practically applied, in order to improve the performance of thermoelectric materials, it is important to accurately measure the performance parameter ZT value of the material. In this study, a simple ZT measurement method is derived, which converts the ZT measurement into a heat flow measurement, i.e. the ZT value can be calculated by only measuring the heat flow at the cold end of the thermoelectric material in both the maximum and minimum cases. In this paper, a test bench is built and the ZT value of a thermoelectric module is measured using this method.
