【摘要】 我国是制造大国，但不是制造强国。生产效率的提升是成为制造强国的基础，因此研究制造业生产效率的关键影响因素意义重大。本文通过构建生产效率特征体系，运用层次分析-决策实验和评价实验-解释模型(AHP-DEMATEL-ISM)方法，分析影响生产效率的关键因素，按AHP-DEMATEL综合权重大小对影响因素进行排序，并进行层级划分，绘制递阶模型图。基于模型分析结果，可为企业生产效率优化提供思路和方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a manufacturing power, but not a manufacturing power. The improvement of production efficiency is the foundation of becoming a manufacturing power, so it is of great significance to study the key factors affecting the production efficiency of manufacturing industry. In this paper, by constructing the characteristic system of production efficiency, the key factors affecting production efficiency are analyzed using the method of AHP-DEMATEL-ISM,and the influencing factors are sorted according to the comprehensive weight of AHP-DEMATEL, and the hierarchical model diagram is drawn.
