船用柴油机正时齿轮动态热摩擦特性分析

【摘要】 船用柴油机正时齿轮具有尺寸大、变速比高、传递功率密度高和结构布局紧凑等特点,苛刻的工况作用于齿轮润滑-接触界面,导致摩擦力过大、温度过高,进一步引发齿面磨损、胶合等失效问题.针对船用柴油机正时齿轮的典型工况,采用多重网格法和多重网格积分法,研究热效应作用下齿轮一个啮合周期中的油膜厚度、油膜压力、摩擦系数及关键啮合点温度变化,并对不同工况及结构参数的船用柴油机正时齿轮的润滑状态进行了预测、分析与优化.结果表明:在一定范围内,增大齿轮宽度、提高传动比及转速能有效改善船用柴油机正时齿轮的润滑状态.考虑实际工况条件,优化结构参数(压力角和模数)能有效降低齿轮啮合过程中的摩擦及温度.

【Abstract】 Large size,high speed ratio,high-power density and compact structure are characteristics of the timing gears of a marine diesel engine. The harsh working conditions on the contact interface of the gear lead to excessive friction force and high temperature,which may further cause the failures of mass surface wear and scuffing. Aiming at the typical working conditions of marine diesel engine timing gears,the oil film thickness,the film pressure,coefficient of friction and temperature changing of some special point in the single meshing cycle under the thermal condition have been studied via the multi-grid method and the multi-grid integration method. The influences of working conditions and structural parameters on the prediction,analysis and optimization of lubrication state were studied. Results show that,within a certain range,the lubrication state of the timing gears can be effectively improved by increasing tooth width,transmission ratio and rotation speed. Considering the actual working conditions,optimizing the pressure angle and modulus of the structural parameters can effectively reduce the friction and temperature in the gear meshing process.
