【摘要】 采取随机分层抽样原则对四川插花片区、乌蒙山区、秦巴山区、凉山彝区及高原藏区5个已脱贫片区的产业扶贫项目展开了实地调研，构建计量经济模型定量分析项目增收效应的影响因素和厘清其影响机理。结果表明：产业扶贫项目有显著的增收效应，但呈现递减趋势；新型经营主体的专业背景和经营年限等特征对项目增收效应有显著影响；项目通过生产技能培训和吸纳就业来实现增收效应。研究为政府制定增强产业项目带动增收能力、防止规模性返贫的政策提供实证依据，对推进巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接具有重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The income increase effect of industrial poverty alleviation projects undertaken by new business entities is the focus of scholars during the period from poverty alleviation to consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements. Therefore, the principle of random stratified sampling was adopted to carry out field research on industrial poverty alleviation projects in five areas that have been lifted out of poverty in Sichuan Huahua District, Wumeng Mountain, Qinba Mountain, Liangshan Yi District and Tibetan Plateau, and an econometric model was built to analyze the impact factors of the project income increase effect and clarify its impact mechanism. The results show that the social capital, human capital and natural capital of the new business entity have a significant impact on the project income increase effect. In addition, the industrial poverty alleviation project funds have a significant income increase effect, but the marginal effect shows a decreasing trend. The project funds raise the income of farmers through production skills training and employment path. Therefore, during the period of consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, we put forward policy recommendations to strengthen the driving capacity of industrial projects to prevent large-scale poverty reduction.更多还原
