【摘要】 目的 探讨STSF消融导管不同消融参数下应用的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年12月于内蒙古自治区人民医院行导管射频消融的房颤患者34例,入组患者均使用STSF导管进行消融,以单个肺静脉为消融单位随机分为40 W功率组(对照组)与50 W功率组(研究组),消融终点为肺静脉成功电隔离,即肺静脉传出及传入阻滞。术中分别记录并比较对照组与研究组在单个肺静脉消融过程中的消融灶数量、消融时长、消融释放能量、单圈肺静脉隔离率、补点消融参数以及相关并发症参数。结果 对照组与研究组均完成34个肺静脉电隔离术。在手术时长、消融时长等参数中研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在单圈肺静脉隔离率、补点消融数等方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 使用50 W功率对肺静脉电隔离效率优于40 W,且不增加并发症的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of using STSF ablation catheter under different ablation parameters.Methods A total of 34 patients with atrial fibrillation who planned to undergo radiofrequency catheter ablation in Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected. All enrolled patients underwent ablation using STSF catheter and were randomly divided into a 40W power group(control group) and a 50W power group(study group) with a single pulmonary vein as the ablation unit. The end point of ablation was successful electrical isolation of pulmonary veins. Pulmonary venous efferent and afferent block. Intraoperatively, the number of ablation spots, ablation duration, ablation energy release, isolation rate of single circle pulmonary vein, ablation parameters of filling points and related complications were recorded and compared in the 40W and 50W power groups during single pulmonary vein ablation.Results The number of ablation foci, ablation duration and other parameters of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the isolation rate of single loop pulmonary vein and the ablation parameters of filling points(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficiency of pulmonary vein isolation with 50W power is better than that with 40W power without increasing the incidence of complications.
