基于地形部位的高标准农田建设区划定研究——以内蒙古自治区和林格尔县为例

【摘要】 选取地貌类型多样的内蒙古自治区和林格尔县,从农田自然禀赋和外部资源配给出发,构建高标准农田建设潜力评价体系;以耕地图斑为评价单元,利用熵权法分别计算不同地形部位权重,以综合指数法测算耕地各评价单元高标准农田建设潜力,划出不同地形部位高标准农田建设基本具备区、稍加整治区、全面整治区、不适宜区。结果表明:和林格尔县耕地主要集中在河流冲积平原的河漫滩、低阶地山前倾斜平原的中部和下部,高标准农田建设潜力主要集中此地形部位;各地形部位高标准农田建设基本具备区、稍加整治区、全面整治区均纳入县域高标准农田建设区,不建议在不适宜区建设高标准农田;河流冲积平原的河漫滩、低阶地山前倾斜平原的中部和下部建设方向集中在保护耕作层,河流冲积平原的中阶地、河谷阶地、山前倾斜平原上部及河流冲积平原边缘地带、山前倾斜平原前缘、低山丘陵坡地建设方向集中提升耕地基础设施。

【Abstract】 The Helinger County, Inner Mongolia, which has diverse geomorphic types, was chosen as the object to construct the evaluation system for the potential of high standard farmland construction based on the natural endowment of farmland and external resource allocation in the paper. The tilling map patches were used as evaluation units for calculating the weights of different terrain parts through the entropy weight method and the potential for high standard farmland construction in each evaluation unit of the tilling land through the comprehensive index method, and then to identify for high standard farmland construction in different terrain parts as basically suitable areas, slightly improvement required areas, full-scale improvement required areas, and unsuitable areas. The research results revealed that(1) the cultivated land in Helinger County was mainly concentrated in the middle and lower parts of the flood plain of the river alluvial plain and the low terrace piedmont inclined plain, which were the high potential areas for high standard farmland construction; that(2) the construction of high standard farmland in various terrain areas for the county-level should implement in basically suitable areas, slightly improvement required areas, full-scale improvement required areas, and the unsuitable areas was not recommended to be included, among which the flood plain in the river alluvial plain and the middle and lower part of the low terrace inclined piedmont plain had the largest scale of high standard farmland construction area, accounting for 85. 88%; that(3) the construction in the middle and lower parts of the flood plain and low terrace piedmont inclined plain in the river alluvial plain should focused on the protection layer of the cultivation, however, the construction in the middle terrace, valley terrace of the river alluvial plain, the low mountain and hilly slope land should focused on improving farmland infrastructure.
