【摘要】 基于泉州师范学院建设“示范性应用型本科高校”的总体目标，“海洋与食品产业应用型创新人才培养专业群”建设与改革秉承“融合基于跨界，植于合作，兴于平台”的理念，以提升学生“四个能力”为主线，着力开展“四类合作”，努力构筑具实践教学、创新创业、技术研发和社会服务四种功能的“产教融合平台”。以“产教融合平台”构建为突破口，完成面向新工科的“海洋与食品产业应用型创新人才培养专业群”人才培养体系的重构，从而促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接；同时，凝练并构建“一心六引”为导向的育人方案，涵养学生的专业情怀与素养，进而从整体上提升专业群工程技术人才的整体竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the overall goal of Quanzhou Normal University to build a“exemplary application-oriented undergraduate university”,adhering to the concept that integration is based on crossover,rooted in cooperation and thriving on platform,the construction and reform of“Specialty group of training application-oriented innovative talents in the field of marine and food industry”would promote students’ “four abilities”as the main purpose,which focused on“four types of cooperation”and strived to build an“industry-education integration platform”with four functions:practical teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship,technology research and development,and social service. With the construction of“industry-education integration platform”as the breakthrough point,the reconstruction of the talent training system of“Specialty group of training application-oriented innovative talents in the field of marine and food industry”for emerging engineering has been completed,so as to promote the links of education chains and talent chains with industrial chains and innovation chains organically. At the same time,the cultivation program of“one heart and six directions”was condensed and constructed to cultivate students’ professional feelings and quality,to improve overall competitiveness of engineering and technical talents in this specialty group.更多还原
