内蒙古库都尔地区樟子松红斑病的空间分布与抽样方法研究

【摘要】 内蒙古库都尔林业局位于大兴安岭林区西坡中部。近年来,随着该局樟子松人工林面积的逐年扩大,樟子松病害亦日趋严重,其中,松针红斑病尤为突出,严重地区发病率高达60%以上。文章采用聚集度指标法,构建Iwao平均拥挤度与平均密度回归、Taylor指数、扩散系数C、David和Morre聚集指标I等8种回归模型,对樟子松红斑病害的空间分布格局和抽样技术进行了研究。结果表明,该地区樟子松红斑病病株个体存在相互排斥,在任何密度下都呈均匀分布。利用5种不同取样法,综合考虑该地区防治实际,确定单对角线抽样方法为樟子松红斑病病情指数最适调查方法,在允许误差D=0.20置信区间内,最佳抽样数为13株。

【Abstract】 Kutur Forest Bureau of Inner Mongolia is located in the middle of the western slope of the Greater Khingan Mountains. In recent years, with the expansion of the plantation area of Kutur pine, the diseases of Kutur pine are becoming more and more serious, among which pinus erythema is particularly prominent, and the incidence in serious areas is as high as 60 %. In this paper,eight regression models including Iwao average congestion and average density regression, Taylor index, diffusion coefficient C, David and Morre aggregation index I were constructed by using the clustering index method to study the spatial distribution pattern and sampling technique of Pinus cinnamomum erythematosus disease. The results showed that the individual strains of Pinus sylvestris erythema disease in this area were mutually exclusive and showed an obvious uniform distribution pattern. By using five different sampling methods, considering the actual control and production in this area, the single diagonal sampling method was the most suitable method to investigate the disease index of Pinus camphor erythema, and the optimal sampling number was 13plants within the confidence interval of the allowable error D=0.20.
