抑制电池在线重组时母线电压波动的控制策略

【摘要】 为了实现我国大量退役电池在智能电网中规模化工程应用,针对动力电池梯次利用在线重组过程中对直流母线电压的影响,引入超级电容作为功率支撑,提出在电池单元双向DC/DC变换器电压控制环采用自抗扰控制,超级电容单元采用PI控制的混合储能控制策略。设计了双向DC/DC自抗扰控制方案,分析了混合储能并联运行时各自输出阻抗特性,实现了混合储能之间的功率分配,能够抑制电池在线重组过程中直流母线电压大幅度波动。仿真结果验证了所提控制方案的可行性和正确性。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve large-scale engineering application of a large number of retired batteries in the smart grid in China, with a focus on the impact of the online recombination process on the DC bus voltage in the secondary utilization of power batteries, this paper introduces supercapacitors(SC) as power support and proposes a hybrid energy storage control strategy in which the voltage control loop of the battery cell bidirectional DC/DC converter adopts active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) and the supercapacitor unit adopts PI control in the hybrid energy storage system(HESS). The ADRC control scheme for the bidirectional DC/DC converter is designed and the output impedance characteristics of the HESS in parallel operation are analyzed to achieve power allocation between hybrid energy storages, thus suppressing the significant fluctuations in the DC bus voltage during online battery regrouping. The simulation results verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed control scheme.
