【摘要】 随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进和乡村旅游的不断发展，旅游型村庄越来越多，但其如何才能自治有效尚未得到充分讨论。构建了制度赋能-社会资本激活-自治有效的递进式分析框架，并以陕西省袁家村为例对所构建的框架进行验证。研究发现，旅游型村庄自治有效的实现离不开制度对社会资本的激活，被激活的社会资本能提高村民自治主体的积极性、自治过程的效率以及自治结果的效能：党建引领、协商决策和监督保障的政治制度能加强村庄内部主体间的信任；有序竞争、科学分配和共享互助的市场体系能打造村庄利益共同体，从而赋能规范；强化个体培训、培育社会组织和实施村规民约的社会治理机制极大地推动了村庄人际网络的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the continuous development of rural tourism, tourism-oriented villages are emerging, and the question of how their autonomy is effective has not been fully discussed.The study constructs a progressive analysis framework of institutional empowerment, social capital activation and-autonomy effectiveness, and verifies the constructed analysis framework by taking Yuanjia village in Shaanxi Province as an example.The study finds that the effective self-governance of tourism-oriented villages cannot be achieved without the activation of social capital by the system, and the activated social capital can increase the motivation of villagers’ self-governance subjects, the efficiency of the self-governance process, and the effectiveness of the self-governance.The political system of Party building, consultation and decision making, and supervision can strengthen the trust among subjects within the village; the market system of orderly competition, scientific distribution, and sharing and mutual assistance can create a community of interests in the village, thus empowering norms; the social governance mechanism of strengthening individual training, cultivating social organizations, and implementing village rules and regulations greatly promotes the interpersonal network of the village.The social governance mechanism of strengthening individual training, nurturing social organizations, and implementing village rules has greatly promoted the construction of village interpersonal networks.
