【摘要】 白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)作为炎症、肿瘤微环境的主要作用因子已成为近年来的研究热点，但其免疫作用机制还在不断地进行探索，需进一步明确。胃癌是全球范围内癌症导致死亡的主要疾病之一，有研究显示其病因与慢性炎症、Hp感染等因素有关，相关机制有待研究明确。本综述从白细胞介素方面进行阐述其与胃癌的发生、发展及治疗的研究进展，为后续深入研究白介素与胃癌作用机制提供一些新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interleukin(IL) as a major factor in inflammation and tumor microenvironment has become a research hotspot in recent years,but its immune mechanism is still being explored and needs to be further clarified.Gastric cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death worldwide.Studies have shown that the etiology of gastric cancer is related to chronic inflammation,Hp infection and other factors,and the relevant mechanism remains to be clarified.In this review,the research progress of interleukin and the occurrence,development and treatment of gastric cancer was described,providing some new ideas for further study on the mechanism of interleukin and gastric cancer.更多还原
