【摘要】 农业科研单位对外宣传工作是提升单位社会知名度的重要途径，是凝聚单位职工干事创业合力的重要抓手，也是推动“科研之花”结出“产业之果”的重要载体。围绕科技创新中心工作，做好农业科研单位的宣传工作，不但能促进单位各项事业高质量发展，而且能为全面推进乡村振兴、实现中国特色农业现代化提供强有力的支撑。文章以湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所为例，分析了其对外宣传工作的主要做法与取得的成效，分析了农业科研单位对外宣传工作中存在的问题，从统筹规划、拓宽宣传渠道、加强宣传队伍建设等方面提出了加强农业科研单位对外宣传工作的对策，以期进一步提高农业科研单位宣传工作水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The external publicity work of agricultural research institutes is an important way to enhance the social visibility of the institutes,an important means to unite the staff of the institutes to work and entrepreneurial efforts, and an important carrier to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements into industrial outcomes. Focusing on the central work of science and technology innovation,doing a good job in the publicity work of agricultural research institutes can not only promote the high-quality development of the various undertakings of the institutes, but also provide a strong support for comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization and realizing the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics. Taking the Food Crops Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the article analyzed the main practices and achievements of its external publicity work, analyzed the problems existing in the external publicity work of agricultural research institutes, and put forward countermeasures to strengthen the external publicity work of agricultural research institutes from the aspects of integrated planning, broadening publicity channels and strengthening the construction of publicity teams, with a view to further improving the level of publicity work of agricultural research institutes.更多还原
