【摘要】 农业科研基地作为农业科技创新的平台，是实验室研究的延伸，也是科研成果转化的摇篮，更是衔接学术与产业的纽带和桥梁。文章以吉林省农业科学院沼气综合试验基地为例，分析了我国现阶段农业科研基地在建设理念、管理模式、经费保障等方面存在的问题，从加强顶层设计、加大基地资金投入力度和完善基地管理模式等方面提出了加强农业科研基地管理的对策和建议，以期为农业科研单位基地建设与管理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a platform for agricultural science and technology innovation, agricultural research base is an extension of laboratory research,a cradle for transformation of scientific research achievements, and a link and bridge between academia and industry. Taking biogas comprehensive utilization test base of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the article analyzes the problems of agricultural research bases at the present stage in China in terms of construction concept, management mode, financial guarantee, etc., and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of agricultural research bases from strengthening the top-level design,increasing the base’s financial input and perfecting the base’s management mode, with a view to providing references for the research base construction and management in agricultural research institutes.更多还原
