【摘要】 农业科技服务是促进农业可持续发展的关键环节，对实现乡村振兴和农业高质量发展发挥着重要作用。文章结合河北省农林科学院植物保护研究所科技服务工作的实际，深入分析了农业科研院所科技服务的现状和存在的问题，从强化服务意识、增强农业科技供给能力、创新农业科技服务形式、加强农业科技服务队伍建设等方面提出了进一步做好科技服务工作的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural Science and Technology Service is the key link of promoting agricultural sustainable development, playing an important role in achieving rural revitalization and high-quality agricultural development. Taking Plant Protection Institute of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of science and technology service in agricultural research institutes, and puts forward some suggestions for further improving science and technology service work from strengthening service awareness, enhancing agricultural science and technology supply capacity, innovating agricultural science and technology service forms, and strengthening the construction of agricultural science and technology service team.更多还原
