【Abstract】 Interdisciplinary research is an important way of disruptive innovation, and the development of interdisciplinary disciplines requires the development of science and technology management methods that are compatible with the characteristics of the disciplines. The article analyzes the current situation of interdisciplinary development in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, dissects the problems existing in interdisciplinary science and technology management work, and puts forward suggestions to construct a good innovation environment, optimize the allocation of innovation resources, promote interdisciplinary integration and communication, improve the academic evaluation method and innovate the classification and management mode to speed up the construction of interdisciplinary science and technology management system, which is aimed at optimizing the method of science and technology management work and assisting the interdisciplinary development.更多还原
