【摘要】 文章基于《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）生效对提升农业国际竞争力的重要作用，立足于山东省与RCEP成员国在农业领域的合作基础，梳理分析了山东省农产品的出口规模、结构、区域等的演变，进一步从生产竞争力、贸易竞争力、投资竞争力三个维度构建了农业国际竞争力评价指标体系，利用熵值法综合评价了山东省农业国际竞争力的发展水平。研究发现，山东省农业国际竞争力虽呈波动上升状态，但生产竞争力、贸易竞争力和投资竞争力发展速度不匹配，存在贸易竞争力和投资竞争力发展滞后于生产竞争力的现象，影响了山东省农业国际竞争力的整体稳定性。在此基础上，紧扣RCEP生效后山东省农业发展迎来的贸易自由化水平提升、出口市场扩大等机遇，针对市场主体多元、对外投资竞争激烈等挑战，有针对性地提出了提高农业贸易便利化水平、扩大农业投资合作规模、构建农业特色全产业链等提高山东省农业国际竞争力的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the important role of the entry into effect of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) in enhancing the international competitiveness of agriculture and on the basis of cooperation between Shandong Province and RCEP member countries in the field of agriculture, the article sorts out and analyzes the evolution of the export scale, structure and region of agricultural products in Shandong Province, and further constructs the international competitiveness of agriculture in three dimensions of production competitiveness,trade competitiveness, and investment competitiveness The evaluation index system was further constructed from three dimensions of production competitiveness, trade competitiveness, and investment competitiveness, and the development level of Shandong Province′s agricultural international competitiveness was comprehensively evaluated using the entropy value method. It is found that although the international competitiveness of Shandong Province agriculture is fluctuating and rising, the development speed of production competitiveness,trade competitiveness, and investment competitiveness does not match, and there is a phenomenon that the development of trade competitiveness and investment competitiveness lags behind production competitiveness, which affects the overall stability of Shandong Province agricultural international competitiveness. On this basis, focusing on the opportunities that the agricultural development of Shandong Province ushered in after RCEP came into effect, such as the improvement of trade liberalization level and the expansion of the export market,and in response to the challenges such as diversified market players and fierce competition in foreign investment, targeted measures were proposed to improve the level of agricultural trade facilitation, expand the scale of agricultural investment cooperation, and build a whole industrial chain with agricultural characteristics, etc. The measures and suggestions for improving the international competitiveness of Shandong agriculture are proposed.更多还原
