【Abstract】 From the perspective of office work in scientific research institutes, this paper expounded the significance of guaranteeing the scientific research time of researchers, analyzed the problems of the office staff in the above work, and put forward suggestions, including improving ideological understanding, strengthening academic learning, focusing on data collation, strengthening cooperation and mutual assistance, innovating management measures and optimizing detail services.
