【摘要】 文章以欠发达革命老区的河南省新县为研究对象，从产业振兴、人才振兴、生态振兴、文化振兴和组织振兴等方面，阐述了中央彩票公益金支持乡村振兴的举措和取得的成效，总结了支持乡村振兴的典型模式和成熟经验，并从加强配套设施建设、改善人居环境、促进产业发展等方面提出了支持乡村振兴的建议，以助力革命老区乡村振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Xin County of Henan Province, an underdeveloped old revolutionary area, as the research object, the article elaborated on the initiatives and results achieved by the Central Government’s Special Lottery Ticket Public Welfare Fund in supporting rural revitalization in terms of industry, talent, ecology, culture, and organization, summarized the typical models and mature experiences in supporting rural revitalization, and put forward suggestions for supporting rural revitalization from the aspects of strengthening the construction of supporting facilities, improving the living environment and promoting industrial development, so as to help revitalize rural areas in old revolutionary base areas.更多还原
