基于久保田高速插秧机覆膜装置的设计与试验

【摘要】 针对水稻覆膜插秧作业存在作业效率低、断膜困难、封边效果差、薄膜展平低等问题,研制了与(WP60D)久保田型高速插秧机匹配的覆膜装置。根据农艺要求与机具结构情况,提出了总体的设计方案,即将插秧机的悬挂点延伸325mm,增加了平地机构、挂膜机构、镇压机构、封边机构及断膜机构等。田间试验结果表明:可降解塑料膜采光面宽度合格率达96%,采光面机械破损程度为37mm/m~2,覆土宽度72.2mm,覆土厚度32.6mm,漂秧率2.7%,断膜成功率98%,各项指标均满足农艺要求。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of rice mulching transplanting, such as film breaking difficulty and poor edge sealing effect, such as film leveling, etc., a film mulching device matching(WP60D)Kubota high speed transplanter was designed.According to the agronomic requirements and machine structure, the overall design scheme was proposed.The hanging point of the transplanter was extended to 325mm, and the leveling mechanism, film hanging mechanism, tamping mechanism, edge sealing mechanism and film breaking mechanism were added.The results of field experiment showed that the qualified rate of degradable plastic film lighting surface width was 96 %, the degree of mechanical damage was 37mm/m~2, the width of film covering was 72.2mm, the thickness of soil covering was 32.6mm, the rate of floating seedling was 2.7%, the success rate of one-time breaking film was 98%, all indexes met the agronomic requirements.It provided technical support for the cultivation of green rice seedlings with plastic film mulching.
