基于AMESim的丘陵山地拖拉机电液提升系统研究
Research on Electro-hydraulic Lifting System of Hilly Tractor Based on AMESim
【摘要】 基于丘陵山地地形特点,设计了一种适用于起伏较大地形的拖拉机电液提升系统;根据丘陵山地地形要求,设计一款具有双油缸单独控制功能、可实现外提升臂同步和异步动作的、适应于丘陵山地的新型液压提升器;同时,结合模糊PID控制算法,设计了适用于丘陵山地拖拉机电液悬挂系统的控制策略。利用AMESim软件和MATALB/Simulink搭建了液压系统和控制系统的仿真模型,并进行联合仿真,验证了电液悬挂系统的合理性和可行性;搭建田间犁耕试验平台,进行了两种工况试验,验证了电液悬挂系统的控制策略的合理性和可行性。结果表明:系统在丘陵山地耕作时具有很好的地形仿形效果,且能够确保发动机负荷的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of hilly terrain, a tractor electro-hydraulic lifting system suitable for undulating terrain is designed. According to the requirements of Hilly and mountainous terrain, a new hydraulic lifter suitable for hilly and mountainous areas is designed, which has the independent control function of double oil cylinders and can realize the synchronous and asynchronous action of the outer lifting arm. Combined with fuzzy PID control algorithm, the control strategy of electro-hydraulic suspension system of tractor in Hilly and mountainous areas is designed. The simulation model of hydraulic system and control system is built by AMESim software and MatLab/Simulink, and the joint simulation is carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of electro-hydraulic suspension system. The field ploughing test platform is built and two working condition tests are carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the control strategy of the electro-hydraulic suspension system. When farming in Hilly and mountainous areas, it has a good terrain profiling effect and can ensure the stability of engine load.
