轮式拖拉机主动防侧翻系统的设计

【摘要】 丘陵山区容易发生拖拉机侧翻事故,为了降低拖拉机侧翻风险,设计了一种轮式拖拉机主动防侧翻系统。同时,建立了拖拉机侧倾角和胎压之间的数学关系,通过检测拖拉机轮胎胎压判断是否有侧翻风险,并在拖拉机发生侧翻前主动接管拖拉机并完成防侧翻转向和减速熄火操作,以降低侧翻风险。试验结果表明:系统在常温和高温的室外环境下,对于沙土地、粘土地和铺装马路都具有较好的工作性能,但在低温室外环境下的反应操作时间较慢。

【Abstract】 Tractor rollover accidents happen commonly in hilly areas. In order to reduce the risk of tractor rollover, an active anti-rollover system for the wheeled tractor was designed in this paper. The system establishes the mathematical relationship between the roll angle and the tire pressure detected to judges the rollover risk, and it can take over the tractor actively by automatic steering, deceleration and flameout operation before the tractor rollover to reduce the rollover risk. The test results show that the system makes good performance on the sand soil, the clay soil and the paved road under the condition of the normal temperature and the high temperature outdoors. However, the reaction time is slower than the required under the condition of the low temperature outdoors.
