工学类专业“协同式”人才培养模式探析

【摘要】 为解决当前我国高等教育出现的“重智育、轻德育”问题,教育部要求树立立德树人教育目标。工学类专业具有侧重技能培养和工程实践的突出特征,在德育教育方面存在明显短板,难以满足新时代高等教育“立德树人”基本要求。该文以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指导,基于专业特征提出了工学类专业德育主线、原则及实施路径,为工学类专业课开展强化德育教学改革提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the current problem of “emphasizing intellectual education and neglecting moral education” in China’s higher education, the Ministry of Education requires the establishment of the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people. Engineering majors have outstanding characteristics of focusing on skill training and engineering practice, and there are obvious shortcomings in moral education, which is difficult to meet the basic requirements of “cultivating virtue and cultivating people” in higher education in the new era. Guided by the Guiding Outline for the Ideological and Political Construction of Curricula in Colleges and Universities, this paper puts forward the main line, principles and implementation paths of moral education in engineering majors based on professional characteristics, so as to provide reference and reference for the reform of strengthening moral education teaching in engineering majors.
