【摘要】 深刻认识并理解中国式现代化需要适切的分析范式。超越“国家与社会”的镜像结构分析，“制度与生活”以其微观视域、动态行为观察的优势成为理解和阐释中国社会变迁的继替性范式。制度与生活框架中的中国式现代化，既体现为以制度为导向的秩序建构实践，同时蕴含着以生活为重心的活力激发和发展意愿。其中，生活的主体本位及其理性趋向奠定了生活形塑制度的治理基础。植根实践土壤，生活的主体、场景、实践及其凝结而成的惯习作为重要的驱动因素，形塑着制度的体系结构、机制功能、行为依据及运行效能。制度体系融合生活特性，在引导行为主体有组织联合、规范互动实践、整合各类规则、透析复杂情景中，又将弥散形态的生活导向秩序一端。由此，处于现代化浪潮中的中国，其发展实则是基于生活形塑制度和制度反塑生活的交互作用过程，在健全制度体系与规范日常生活秩序中，平衡转型社会的活力与秩序，加速推进中国式现代化的发展进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 A profound understanding of Chinese modernization requires an appropriate analytical paradigm. Beyond the mirror structure analysis of “state and society”, “institution and life” has become a successor paradigm to understand and explain the social changes in China with its advantages of micro-vision and dynamic behavior observation. Chinese-style modernization in the framework of institution and life is not only reflected in the practice of order construction oriented by institution, but also contains the vitality and development will centered on life. Among them, the subject standard of life and its rational trend have laid the governance foundation of life shaping institution. Rooted in the soil of practice, the subject, scene, practice and its condensed habits of life are important driving factors, shaping the institution structure, mechanism function, behavior basis and operational efficiency of the system. The institutional system that integrates the characteristics of life leads the dispersed life to the end of order while guiding the subjects to organize and unite, standardize interactive practice, integrate all kinds of rules and analyze complex situations.
