【摘要】 高校与社区党组织的结对共建，既是高校服务地方的重要举措，也是推动高校与社区党组织高质量发展的有效途径。将近年来高校与社区党组织结对共建的实践活动作为研究对象，总结高校参与社区治理的现状、问题与特征，在治理理论的框架下，按照“组织共建—问题共治—资源共享”的逻辑，尝试提出可操作性的对策建议，以期为高校与社区党组织结对共建实践提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 University-community basic-level Party committees’ pairing and co-construction is not only an important initiative for universities to serve the local communities, but also an effective way to promote a high-quality development of basic level Party committees on both sides. Focusing on recent years’ activities of university-community paired co-construction of basic level Party committees, this paper summarizes current situations, existing problems and their characteristics in university-involved community governance. Under the governance theory framework and the “organization co-construction, problem co-management and resource sharing” logic, this paper attempts to put forward some operable countermeasures.
