山地烟田遥控履带式深耕机设计与试验

【摘要】 针对丘陵山区烟田采用现有微耕机作业耕深浅不能满足烟草种植技术要求和操控性差等问题,结合烟田保护性耕作需求,设计了一款适宜于丘陵山区烟田耕作的遥控履带式深耕机。对整机结构进行了设计,并阐述了其工作原理,对深耕装置进行了设计,利用数值模拟的方法对旋耕刀进行优化设计。创新性地提出了一种基于滚珠丝杆带动同步器换挡的变速器,并对其结构进行了设计,对其工作过程进行了分析,开展了智能化传动及机器控制系统研究,实现手机或遥控方式远程实时控制机器作业,以降低操控劳动强度,提高生产效率和效果。以耕深合格率为评价指标,在丘陵山区试验田内进行了耕地试验,结果表明深耕机作业性能较好,变速器换挡平顺,平均耕深合格率为93.3%,满足烟草种植的整地要求,验证了研制的履带式烟田深耕机理论分析与设计的准确性及合理性。研究结果可为丘陵山地烟田深耕机的研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems such as shallow tillage depth and poor maneuverability using existed micro-cultivator in tobacco fields in hilly and mountainous areas which can not meet the technical requirements of tobacco planting, a remote control crawler-type deep plow suitable for tillage in tobacco fields in hilly and mountainous areas was designed combined with the needs of conservation tillage in tobacco fields. The structure of the whole plow was designed, and its working principle was expounded. The rotary blade was optimized by numerical simulation. An innovative transmission based on ball screw driving synchronize shifting was proposed and its structure was designed, working process was analyzed. The research on intelligent transmission and machine control system was carried out to realize real-time remote control of machine operation by mobile phone or remote control mode, so as to reduce the labor intensity of control and to improve the production efficiency. The cultivated land test was carried out in the experimental field of hilly and mountainous areas, and the qualified rate of tillage depth was taken as evaluation criterion. The test results showed that the deep plow had good operation performance, the transmission shifted smoothly, and the average qualified rate of tillage depth of the whole machine was 93.3%, which met the requirements of soil preparation for tobacco planting, thus verifying the accuracy and rationality of the theoretical analysis and design of the machine.The research results can provide reference for the research of deep plowing machine in hilly and mountainous tobacco fields.
