【Abstract】 The pilot program for innovative development of service trade has had positive effects on the high-quality development of China’s economy in five aspects: trade facilitation, industrial upgrading, industrial chain coordination, foreign investment entry, and talent flow. However, there are still problems with the innovative development of service trade in Hainan Free Trade Port, such as a single structure, lack of innovation, shortage of talents, and policy deficiencies. Based on this, we can further promote the innovation of Hainan Free Trade Port’s service trade and high-quality economic development by attracting “specialized, refined, and innovative” talents, promoting the digitization of service trade, deepening the reform of “streamlining management and serving”, strengthening the fair competition market environment, optimizing the structure of the service trade industry, and establishing an open cooperation mechanism.更多还原
