【摘要】 目的 构建脑卒中照顾者对卒中复发应急能力测评量表，并检验其信度效度。方法 以应急准备能力模型为理论依据，通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈、德尔菲专家函询法、预调查构建测试版量表。选取556名脑卒中照顾者进行调查，并进行信效度检验，形成正式版量表。结果 最终形成的脑卒中照顾者对卒中复发应急能力测评量表包含5个维度，35个条目。经探索性因子分析，提取的公因子与理论框架构建的条目归属相符，累积方差贡献率为63.792%。验证性因子分析显示χ~2/df=1.542，拟合优度指数（GFI）=0.873，近似误差均方根（RMSEA）=0.041，调整拟合优度指数（AGFI）=0.848，比较拟合指数（CFI）=0.920，提示模型拟和良好。总量表内容效度指数为0.935，各条目内容效度指数为0.780～1.000。总量表Cronbach系数为0.882。结论 脑卒中照顾者对卒中复发应急能力评估量表具有良好的效度和信度，可作为医护人员评价脑卒中照顾者对卒中复发应急能力水平的测评工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a scale for evaluating the emergency response capability for stroke recurrence in caregivers of stroke patients, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the model of emergency preparedness capability, test version of the scale was constructed through literature review, semi-structured interviews and two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence and pre-survey. A total of 556 caregivers of stroke patients were selected for validity and reliability test to form the final scale. Results The final scale consisted of 35 items in 5 dimensions. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the extracted common factors were consistent with the attribution of entries constructed by the theoretical framework, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 63.792%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed chi-square/degrees of freedom(χ~2/df)=1.542, goodness of fit index(GFI)=0.873, root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)=0.041, adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI) =0.848, comparative fit index(CFI)=0.920, indicating that the model fit well. Content validity index of the scale was 0.935, and t content validity index of each item 0.780～1.000. Cronbach’s coefficient of the scale was 0.882. Conclusion The assessment scale of emergency response capability for stroke recurrence in caregivers of stroke patients has good validity and reliability. It can be used as a tool for healthcare professionals to assess emergency response competency for stroke recurrence of the caregivers.更多还原
