【摘要】 现代农业发展对具有全球视野、技术创新能力强的创新复合型人才需求日益迫切。本文基于新农科建设要求和学科专业一体化发展需求，分析了目前农学专业人才培养中，存在专业定位和培养方案滞后于产业需求，教师团队有待提升等问题，提出以国家和社会需求为导向、以学生发展为中心，加强专业课程思政建设，修订基于OBE理念的培养目标和培养方案，实施多元化人才培养方式，组建高水平师资团队，构建农学专业创新复合型人才培养模式。此模式可以全面提升农学本科人才培养质量，可为我国高等农业教育在“新农科”建设的背景下培养各类新型人才提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovative compound talents with global vision and strong technological innovation ability are urgently needed by the development of modern agriculture. Based on the requirement of new agricultural science construction and the needs of the integrated development of disciplines and majors,this paper analysed some problems such as the professional orientation and training programs lagging behind the industrial needs, and to improve the teacher team. Guided by the needs of the state and society, Training work of agronomy major students should center on the development of students, strengthening the ideological and political construction of professional courses, and revising the training objectives and training programs based on the concept of OBE(Outcome-based Education). Meanwhile, we should implement diversified talent training methods, set up a high-level team of teachers, and build a training model for innovative compound talents in agronomy. This student training model can improve the training quality of agricultural undergraduate talents in an all-round way and provide reference for cultivating all kinds of new talents in Chinese higher agricultural education under the background of“new agricultural science”construction.更多还原
