【Abstract】 The international economy has put forward new requirements for the food factory construction in China,with the development of economy. According to the characteristics of food factory design course,we analyzed the problems existing in this course at present,and put forward the methods of communication,cooperation,and practice to improve the teaching skills. To improve students’ comprehensive quality, multimedia classroom, heuristic and task-based teaching and various course assessment methods are used to stimulate their learning enthusiasm and creativity.
