基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式的实践研究——以“动物性食品工艺学”课程为例

【摘要】 食品专业核心课程在传统教学模式下,存在教学结构不合理、学生自主学习性不高、综合应用能力不足等短板。基于“雨课堂”构建混合教学模式平台,并运用到“动物性食品工艺学”课程的教学中。实践表明,基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式能够充分提高学生自主学习的积极性,有效提高学习效果,为后续共享资源平台建设奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The core courses for food majors have some disadvantages such as unreasonable teaching structure,low independent self-directed study and insufficient comprehensive application ability under the traditional teaching mode. This study used the“rain classroom”platform to construct a blended teaching platform and applied it to the course of Animal Food Technology.Practice shows that the blended teaching model based on the rain classroom platform fully raised students’ motivation of self-directed learning,effectively improvd learning outcomes,which laid the foundation for construction of the subsequently shared resource platform.
