【Abstract】 The impact of the epidemic has brought challenges to the traditional education and teaching methods,but also promoted the rehewal of new education models and learning methods. Not only new requirements are put forward for educators,but also the independent learning ability of students is required to be continuously improved. By investigating the independent learning status of college students in food majors,we explore the influence of online management system construction,online resource optimization,cultivation of students’ learning initiative,establishment of online incentive mechanism and multi-level online assessment and evaluation on students’ independent learning ability,and stimulate students’ motivation and initiative of independent learning.更多还原
