基于研究生创新能力培养的“畜产品加工研究进展”课程建设

【摘要】 研究生教育强调的是创造性,而创造性的培养要求学生具有较强的学科体系的专业知识结构和综合素质,而要实现这一目标,必须配套有高质量的研究生课程体系。以培养研究生的创新能力为主要目的,采用线上线下有机结合的“翻转课堂”混合学习方式,利用网络教学平台建设研究生优质课程“畜产品加工研究进展”,并从课程内容和教学方法 2个层面进行了构建工作。在课程的网络资源构建中,进行了网络平台的选择、教学知识结构和教学内容设置、教学模式和方案的制定、网络教学资源构建和评价模式的确定等。教学效果表明,该课程建设体现了以学生为核心的理念,在调动研究生课程学习的主动性、提高学生的创新能力方面成效显著。

【Abstract】 Postgraduate education emphases creativity,and the cultivation of creativity requires students to have a strong professional knowledge structure of the disciplinary system and comprehensive quality,which must be supported by a high-quality postgraduate course system in order to achieve this goal. With the main purpose of cultivating postgraduates’ innovation ability,this study adopted the“flipped classroom”blended learning method that organically combined online and offline,and used the online teaching platform to build the postgraduates’ high-quality course Advances in Livestock Product Processing Research,and carries out the construction work from the levels of the course content and the teaching method. In the construction of online resources for the course,the selection of the online platform,the teaching knowledge structure and teaching content setting,the development of teaching modes and programmes,the construction of online teaching resources and the determination of evaluation modes were carried out. Teaching results showed that the construction of the course reflected the concept of student-centredness,and was effective in mobilising the initiative of postgraduate students in course learning and improving their innovative ability.
