【摘要】 分析广东省市售灵芝及相关制品中灵芝总三萜含量。在广东省内10个主要地市辖区的居民主要采购地点，随机采集灵芝、灵芝孢子粉、灵芝孢子油3类样品，并采用《中国药典（2020年版）》规定的紫外分光光度法对其中灵芝总三萜含量进行测定。结果表明，所采集的125份灵芝及相关制品中总三萜的含量范围在0.22～30.00%，均值和中位值分别为2.02%和1.28%，总体不合格率为1.6%。灵芝中总三萜含量低于灵芝孢子粉，也远低于灵芝孢子油；灵芝子实体与菌盖间的总三萜含量没有显著性差异，而显著低于未破壁灵芝孢子粉中总三萜含量；子实体不同生长阶段三萜含量含量比较稳定，各生长阶段间差异不大；破壁灵芝孢子粉中总三萜含量显著高于未破壁灵芝孢子粉。广东本地销售的灵芝及其制品中总三萜含量基本都符合规定。作为人体摄入灵芝总三萜的来源，破壁灵芝孢子粉和灵芝孢子油是补充灵芝总三萜的更好选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis of the content of total Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum and related products sold in Guangdong Province. Three types of samples of Ganoderma lucidum,Ganoderma lucidum spore powder,and Ganoderma lucidum spore oil were randomly collected from the main purchasing places of residents in 10 major cities and districts in Guangdong Province. The total triterpene content were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry specified in“Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition)”. The content of total triterpenes in the collected 125 samples of Ganoderma lucidum and related products ranged from 0.22%～30.0%,the mean and median values were 2.02% and 1.28% and the overall failure rate was1.6%. The content of total triterpenes in Ganoderma lucidum was lower than that of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and much lower than that of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. There was no significant difference in the total triterpene content between the fruiting bodies and caps of Ganoderma lucidum,but significantly lower than that in unbroken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. The content of triterpenoids in different growth stages of fruiting bodies was relatively stable,and there was little difference between each growth stage. The total triterpenoid content in the broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder was significantly higher than that in the unbroken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. The content of total triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum and its products sold locally in Guangdong basically complies with the regulations. As the source of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenes for human intake,broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and Ganoderma lucidum spore oil are better choices.更多还原
