【Abstract】 In order to meet the basic requirements of the“four orientations”,the future goals and school-running philosophy were further clarified,considering the overall strategic development of high education. Effective practice was explored including the major structure adjusting,teaching plan formulating,scientific teaching management implementing,and the structure of the teaching staff reforming. This would provide practical experience for the construction of the“four orientations”of education,and basic support for promoting the development of China’s science and technology in the new era.更多还原
