【摘要】 以肉品科学与技术技能训练为例，提出本科实践教学中如何建立工程人才培养模式，并分析了工程人才培养模式实施后对本科生工程实践能力的培养效果。通过目标达成度的计算与分析，说明如何进行课程目标的计算，以及如何通过达成度分析，有针对性地改进教学过程中的方式方法，最后分析了近年来技能训练工程人才培养模式的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Took meat science and technical skills training as an example to illustrate how to establish a training model for engineering talents in undergraduate practical teaching, and it also analyzed the training effect of undergraduates’ engineering practice ability under the engineering talent training model. Through the calculation and analysis of the goal achievement degree,it explained how to calculate the course goal and how to improve the teaching process in a targeted manner through the achievement degree analysis.
