【Abstract】 In order to explore the teaching mode of food science and engineering based on PBL, the research on improving students’ learning and teachers’ teaching were further studied. Effective practice was explored including the reform of teaching and research mode, the cultivation of application ability, and the mobilization of teachers and students’ enthusiasm. This would provide support for the engineering certification evaluation of food science and engineering majors in our school,and also provided practical experience for the education construction of food majors in universities.更多还原
